MARK SAVOY Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Exchangemall.com, Inc.
	Mark Savoy, Chairman and CEO of Exchangemall.com and First National Information Network (FNIN), has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry as well as 20 years in the trading and brokerage industry. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Savoy acted as president of the World Trade Consortium, an international trading company, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of several public trading companies. In addition, Mr. Savoy is a director of Zuma Beach Entertainment, Inc., an entertainment and sports marketing firm. Exchangemall.com, founded in 1999, is primarily a services and information technology based business. FNIN, founded in 1992, is also an information services company. In 2000 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Exchangemall.com. Since its inception, Mr. Savoy's entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind Exchangemall.com's focus, despite setbacks during the years. With a new organizational structure and internal control procedure in place, Mr. Savoy's goal is to reach an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Exchangemall.com.

DAVID KIERAN VP of Sales for First National Information Network
	David is working with a multi million dollar marketing company and is responsible for millions in sales with clients from fortune 500 companies as diverse as oil & gas, precious metals, and real estate. Most recently, he has been an integral part of developing a national marketing campaign for anti-aging and hair products. David has had such successes in life such as a national and International championship in martial arts and has taken part in the US Pro Tour ski team. He brings a world of knowledge in International and domestic real estate marketing and financing.

EDDIE CORRALEZ VP of Marketing for First National Information Network
	Eddie has been a team member of FNIN since 1997 when he started as a TSR generating financial leads. Since then he has worked in every facet of the company becoming the GM in 2002 overseeing all operations from purchasing of data to the management of FNIN call centers and employees. He has traveled to Kiev, Ukraine and Mexico to set up FNIN’s satellite call centers and works hand in hand with the FNIN client base with the common goal of generating the highest possible quality lead in the business.
